Our multilingual specialists are on hand to help you find your perfect pearly piece from our extensive collection, much of which isn’t listed online. And our in-house workshop can work remotely with you to design your very own bespoke pearl jewellery or assist with repairs and adjustments.
At Tenerife Perla, we want every customer to love their purchase. For non-faulty items bought in-store, we offer a 15-day exchange or store credit policy from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with proof of purchase. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept items that have been worn or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. Customers are encouraged to check their purchase carefully at the time of sale before removing any tags or disposing of packaging.
Exchanges or store credit will be provided once the item has been inspected and approved.
Refunds are not available for non-faulty items purchased in-store.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund
If you have received an item from Tenerife Perla as a gift or you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, you are welcome to return it for an exchange. Please email us at sac@tenerifeperla.com or call (+34) 922 741 250 to arrange the exchange.
International returns: For customers outside the European Union, any customs duties or sales taxes are non-refundable.
For correctly returned, undamaged, and unworn products, the value will be credited as store credit once the item has been inspected. Please use our contact form to get in touch.
Past online purchases:
Although Tenerife Perla no longer sells online, customers who purchased products through our website within the last 5 years remain entitled to all statutory and commercial warranty rights. These items can be returned or exchanged in-store, provided they are in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Each piece of Tenerife Perla jewellery is lovingly hand-crafted using the finest materials and comes with a 3-year statutory warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear or misuse, or other exclusions established by law. Proof of purchase is required to make a claim.
In addition to the statutory warranty, Tenerife Perla offers a 5-year commercial warranty on cultivated oyster pearls from the date of purchase. This warranty covers lack of conformity beyond normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required.
To make use of either warranty, please visit any Tenerife Perla shop or contact our Customer Service team. This commercial warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
