Orders being shipped to mainland Spain and outside of the Canary Islands will be subjected to local customs charges

Shipments are made by registered, certified post for both domestic or international shipments.
Approximate delivery times are between 6 and 8 days for domestic shipments and 10 to 15 days for international shipments.

Please note we ship directly from the Canary Islands. Orders placed for delivery outside this region, including mainland Spain, may be subject to import duty and local sales taxes. Recipients will be contacted by their local courier and will be required to pay any duty or tax owed on receipt of the delivery. Unfortunately, these cannot be pre-paid.
Tenerife Perla cannot calculate or provide details on payment methods as these vary by country. Please check before placing your order.

It can be difficult to be absolutely sure when shopping online, which is why we operate an ‘if you don’t love it, send it back’ policy. This means that you can return any item for a full refund within 15 days.
Items ordered online can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are at buyer’s expense.
Tenerife Perla will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or show any signs of wear and tear. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Refunds will be made within 30 days of delivery of the returned items. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned, will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or request a credit note of equal value for the returned items within 15 days. Such items should be unused and in perfect condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Please use our contact form to get in touch.
If you have received an item from Tenerife Perla as a gift or you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, you are welcome to return it for an exchange. Please email us at sac@tenerifeperla.com or call (+34) 922 741 250 to arrange the exchange.
Exchanged items will be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and checked. However, if you see something that you’d like straight away, please do order it over the phone or online through our personal shopper service and we will refund your original item once we have received it.
Each piece of Tenerife Perla jewellery is lovingly hand-crafted using the finest materials and fully guaranteed from the date of purchase subject to the normal conditions of wear and tear.
Tenerife Perla will be liable to any lack of conformity within the period of three years from the purchase date, as current regulations establish. This warranty does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear or misuse, as well as those excluded by current legislation. 
In addition to the statutory warranty, Tenerife Perla will be liable to any lack of conformity
regarding cultivated oyster pearls for five years from the purchase date. 
To make use of the warranty the purchase receipt must be provided. You may contact us at any of our Tenerife Perla shops or via our Customer Service.
