This page describes the terms and conditions of all in-store offers and promotions.
Promotional Errors: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any purchase where promotions or offers have been discounted as part of a glitch or error.
VIP Loyalty Programme:
VIP Loyalty entitles you to year-round exclusive rewards and seasonal offers communicated instore and via email. Each VIP Loyalty offer has unique terms outlined at the time of the offer.
Tenerife Perla reserves the right to withdraw VIP Loyalty offers at any time. VIP Loyalty accounts are limited to one per person and are for personal use exclusively.
Tenerife Perla reserves the right to cancel or suspend a VIP Loyalty account or benefits if it is not being used in accordance with these terms.
Year-round VIP rewards include:
- 10% off jewellery (not applicable to workshop items or labour).
- Exclusive event invitations communicated instore or via email.
- Priority access during certain promotional events communicated instore or via email.
VIP Member rewards are subject to change, and Tenerife Perla reserves the right to alter, withdraw, or cancel any reward at any time without prior notice.
Store-Specific Promotions:
Black Friday: Available exclusively at selected Tenerife Perla stores, on specified dates and selected items. Excludes workshop services and labour charges. No cash alternative is available. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, except the VIP Programme.
Percentage Discount Promotions: Available exclusively at selected Tenerife Perla stores, on specified dates and selected items. No cash alternative is available. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, except the VIP Programme.
Outlet Promotions: Available exclusively at selected Tenerife Perla stores, on specified dates and selected items. No cash alternative is available. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, except the VIP Programme.
Pick-a-Pearl Voucher/Card: Valid exclusively at participating Tenerife Perla stores and must be redeemed before the stated expiry date. Not valid at port or airport locations. No cash alternative is available.
Free Gift Voucher/Card: Valid exclusively at participating Tenerife Perla stores and must be redeemed before the stated expiry date. Not valid at port or airport locations. No cash alternative is available.
Discount Cards: Valid exclusively at participating Tenerife Perla stores and must be redeemed before the stated expiry date. Not valid at port or airport locations. No cash alternative is available. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, except the VIP Programme.
Buy One, Get One Free (BOGOF) and 3 for 2 Promotions: Available exclusively at selected Tenerife Perla locations on specified dates and selected items only. No cash alternative is available. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, except the VIP Programme.
Reduced-Price Items: Available exclusively at Tenerife Perla stores on specified dates and selected items. No cash alternative is available. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, except the VIP Programme.

Gift vouchers and Cards:
Gift vouchers/cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
They cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the difference can be paid by card or cash. If less, no cash refund; a new voucher will be issued.
Vouchers cannot be sold to third parties without written consent.
Gift vouchers/cards are only valid in Tenerife Perla stores and cannot be used in Ports, Airports, or online.
Previously purchased online gift cards can still be redeemed in Tenerife Perla stores or over the phone.
Pricing and Errors:
All prices in-store include IGIC (Canary Islands VAT).
Tenerife Perla is not obliged to provide a product at an incorrect price if an obvious mispricing occurs.
