We love Edison pearls. They’re a special form of freshwater pearls that tends to be nice and big – 9mm plus, and they often exhibit an amazing orient, which looks like a rainbow of light shimmering across the surface of the pearl. These pearls have been nucleated in a similar method to saltwater pearls, they’re harder to come by but they’re worth looking for because they’re just so beautiful.
